Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping & Pickup (Israel Only)
– Free Door-to-Door Courier Delivery on orders over 750 NIS. Delivery arrives within 5 business days nationwide (please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons).
– Free Self-Pickup is available from our Tel Aviv studio.

Need a gift for today? Express “on-the-spot” delivery is available. Please contact the studio by phone to coordinate.

International Shipping
– Free DHL Express Shipping on orders over 1,500 NIS. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep within 5 business days.
– For orders below 1,500 NIS, the shipping fee is 120 NIS.

Please note: Shipping jewelry back to the shop for returns or exchanges is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer.

Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges: You can exchange jewelry within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been used. We will be happy to offer you an alternative piece of jewelry or store credit for future use.

Refunds: A monetary refund is available within 14 days of receiving the jewelry. In accordance with Israeli law, a cancellation fee will apply, not exceeding 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Non-returnable Items: Custom-made jewelry and worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged (this includes custom-sized rings, engraved jewelry, custom chain lengths, and body piercings).

Courier Return/Exchange Service: Returns or exchanges via our courier are available for a fee of 30 NIS. Please contact the studio to coordinate.
